Founded
Bashy USA Clothing is born. Urban streetwear rooted in Caribbean culture, Brooklyn pride, and a vision that fashion could mean something.
Ground Zero
September 11, 2001. Bashy responded. As an EMT, he was there — at Ground Zero — when the city needed him most. He never stopped carrying that weight.
Recognized
Kenneth Cole. Russell Simmons. Oscar de la Renta. The industry saw what Bashy was building. The recognition was real — and it was earned.
Coach Bashy
Free soccer coaching for the youth of Brooklyn. Every Sunday. No charge. No conditions. Just a man giving back to the community that raised him.
Passed
November 25, 2024. 54 years. A 9/11-related illness took him — but his mission did not end. It became ours.
